Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics Launches Exilis

One of the fast giving result clinic is Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics that provide  a comprehensive range medical aesthetic treatment which have minimal or no downtime. This includes laser skin treatments, non-surgical facelifts, fillers, botox, peels, facials, non-invasive body contouring, and many more.

The clinic started with the unique concept of treatment planning where top priority is given to sterilization and patient information, consultation and explanation of treatment and the follow up after treatment. Right from the days of its establishment this clinic has strived and succeeded in providing quality aesthetics and wellness care

Since we are now living in a fast-paced world, many are now expecting to have instant products and results — from food and medicine to technological machines and operations. People behind aesthetic medicine know this and thus, they continue on developing treatments that deliver fast results.

One of which is the Exilis treatment, a non-invasive treatment that instantly tightens skin, dissolves fat and contours the face and body. Saying goodbye to wrinkly and saggy skin is now as easy as counting numbers. According to Dr. Emehly Sevilla, president and head doctor at Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics, the treatment uses monopolar radio frequency to deliver controlled heat approximately one to three centimeters under the skin. The technology allows the radio frequency waves to go deeper, exerting more energy that dissolve fat cell tissues, contract skin tissues and stimulate collagen production.

The monopolar radio frequency machine has two separate heads (handheld device) for the body and face. The machine also allows the medical staff to monitor the skin temperature as radio frequency energy is delivered. If the patient has low tolerance to heat, he or she may tell the nurse so the temperature can be lowered down.

“We have used Exilis to tighten skin and lose inches in problem areas (neck/jowls, arms, bra strap area, abdomen, male chest, thighs and knees). Everyone is different, but some people start to see results as early as one to two treatments. Most will see significant results after five to six treatments. Those who wish to have larger volumes reduced may need six to eight treatments,” said Dr. Sevilla.

She added, “Although one or two sessions can already deliver instant results, patients who want to undergo more sessions may do so but with an interval of seven to 14 days. Patients do not need to worry as there is no down time. There is no pain and most patients describe the treatments as warm and tingling.”

Before the procedure, a grounding pad is patched on the upper back of the patient. The patch acts as a stimulator that allows radio frequency to be applied deeply and then circuit back to the machine. Afterward, the medical staff rubs the skin with the device in a swirling motion. The treatment lasts for 30 to 45 minutes per session for face and neck but lesser time is needed if only a certain area is to be treated. After treatment, the patient must not wash the treated area for six to eight hours since the pores are open due to the heat.

A demo was shown at the event on how the procedure is done.

Dr. Sevilla said the treatment is safe and approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Some patients may feel minor discomfort and have minor burns but these heal quickly with no long term problems. Since Exilis is a non-surgical treatment, patients who do not want to go under the knife now have an alternative. It is also costs less than other treatments that require surgery.

Areas that can be treated include saggy and wrinkly skin on the face, neck, arms, tummy, thighs, legs and butt. Exilis can also safely tighten skin and get rid of the wrinkles around the eyes. Patients may now achieve a slimmer face because the machine can trim fats on the chin and jaw line.

However, those who just had Botox, fillers and thread lifts will not be allowed to undergo Exilis treatment unless they complete a timeframe as per doctor’s advice. This is because aforementioned procedures react to heat. Area to be treated must also be free of wounds. Those with inflammation or wounds must heal first before undergoing the Exilis treatment.

To prove that it is effective, celebrities like Nadine Samonte and Carlos Agassi was present at the press-launch to testify how effective the procedure and the technolgy is. Here are some of the images:
